Pricing
The plan caps two things: how many projects are running and how many people sign in. It does not lock the accounting away behind a higher tier, because a company with one project needs its books to balance just as much as one with ten.
Prices are read from the system itself, so what is shown here is what you will be charged. Billed in US dollars; ask us if you would rather be invoiced in rupees.
Going over one never breaks anything or deletes anything. The system simply declines the next project or the next person, and points at the upgrade.

No. It is free for as long as you want it — one project, one user, every module working. There is no countdown and no card.
By card, through Paddle's own checkout, so no card number ever touches this server. If you would rather pay by bank transfer, say so and we will invoice you — the billing screen shows the account details and the invoice is raised the same way.
Nothing is lost and nothing stops. The system refuses to create the eleventh user or the sixth project and shows what the next plan costs. Everything already in there keeps working exactly as before.
Yes, at any time. If you are over the lower plan's caps when you do, archive a project or deactivate a user first — the system will tell you which.
The workspace goes read-only rather than dark. You can still open every document and export every report to CSV. Nothing is deleted, and turning the subscription back on picks up exactly where it left off.
Yes. It is plain PHP and MySQL — it uploads into a folder on your own server and runs, with no Composer, no Node and nothing to compile. Get in touch and we will quote for it with the installation notes.
