Before you write

Can we see it with our own numbers in it?

Yes, and it is quicker than a demonstration. Open a free workspace, put one real purchase order through to payment, and look at the trial balance afterwards. If you want somebody on the call while you do it, say so and we will arrange a time.

We are mid-year. Can we start now?

Yes. There is an opening-balance screen for exactly this: enter where the books actually stand, and the ledger carries on from there. You do not have to wait for July.

Do you do the setup for us?

We can. Most companies do it themselves in an afternoon, but if you would rather hand over your chart of accounts, your projects and your staff list and have it ready to sign into, tell us and we will quote.
