Pricing
Not a percentage of what you spend, not a fee per document, and no separate licence for the people who only ever open it to approve something.

Prices shown are per workspace per month. Every paid plan starts with a free trial and nothing is charged until it ends. Cancel from inside the app, at any time, without asking anybody.
The product is not cut into pieces. The difference between the plans is how many of you there are — not what the software will do.
Rules, conditions, all seven kinds of approval step, the management-line climb, approval limits, stop-here ordering and the rule tester. On every plan, including the free one.
Purchase requests, orders, change requests, delivery confirmations, invoices, payment requests, contracts and supplier onboarding.
Order against receipt against invoice, with a tolerance you set as a percentage and a floor.
All seven reports, and a spreadsheet export from each. Plus a full export of everything you have ever put in, whenever you want it.
Daily chasing of whoever is holding things up, and their manager copied in after a week. Both delays are yours to set.
Pull cost centres, suppliers and actual spend from your accounting system, and show an approvals panel on your project dashboard.
| What | How it is counted |
|---|---|
| People | Every account that can sign in, whatever they use it for. Switching somebody off frees their place immediately; switching them back on takes one again. |
| Projects | Active projects. Finished ones can be made inactive and stop counting, and everything already raised against them stays exactly where it is. |
| Documents | Anything submitted in a calendar month. Drafts are free, and an order raised automatically from an approved request is not counted twice. |
| Suppliers | Not counted at all, on any plan. |
You are told a week before, then again as it gets closer. If nothing is arranged the workspace goes read-only rather than disappearing — you can still open everything and export it, you just cannot raise anything new until it is sorted out.
Yes, in either direction, from the Billing screen inside the app. Moving up takes effect at once. Moving down takes effect when you are inside the smaller plan's limits, and the screen tells you exactly what is over.
No. A company approving two hundred million a month pays the same as one approving two million, if they are the same number of people. Charging by spend would make the system more expensive exactly when it is working.
Then tell us the shape of your company and we will price it. Groups with several operating companies, or anyone who needs it on their own server, should get in touch rather than trying to force themselves into a plan.
Card, or bank transfer against an invoice if that suits your accounts department better. Ask and we will set it up that way.
At any time, without asking us, from inside the app — every document, line, approval, comment and history entry in one file. It is your record of your decisions and you should never need our permission to hold a copy.
Start on the free plan. It does not expire and it is not a trial — if you outgrow it you will know, because the app will tell you what you are over.
