Pricing
Not a percentage of the contract, not a fee per photograph, and no separate licence for the client or for the people who only ever look.

Prices are per account per month. Every paid plan starts with a free trial and nothing is charged until it ends. Cancel from inside the app, at any time, without asking anybody.
The product is not cut into pieces. The difference between the plans is how many sites and how many people — not what the software will do.
Gantt, activities, percent complete, the S-curve, the schedule index, package status and the look-ahead. On every plan, including the free one.
Site photographs tied to a zone, a package and a date, and a document centre with per-person, per-screen permissions.
Material submittals, design submittals and variation orders, plus the RFI register — each with owners, due dates and an overdue flag.
Read from your access-control hardware, by trade, against the day's plan. Deliveries received against order lines with shortfalls flagged.
Contract, variations, certified and spend, with budget per cost centre — and the read-only link to your accounting system.
A read-only sign-in for the client, on exactly the screens you choose. No extra charge and no separate product.
| What | How it is counted |
|---|---|
| Projects | Live projects on the account. A finished job can be made inactive and stops counting, and everything already recorded against it stays exactly where it is. |
| People | Distinct people across all your projects, plus you. Somebody working on three of your sites is one person, not three — counting them three times would be absurd. |
| Your client | Counts as a person, like anybody else. There is no separate client licence and no surcharge for read-only access. |
| Photographs and documents | Against the storage on your plan, not per file. Photographs are resized and compressed on upload, so the allowance goes a long way. |
| Contract value | Not counted at all. A PKR 2 billion job costs the same as a PKR 20 million one. |
You are told a week before, then again as it gets closer. If nothing is arranged the account goes read-only rather than disappearing — you can still open every screen and export everything, you just cannot record anything new until it is sorted out. Nobody is ever locked out of their own site records over a late invoice.
Yes, either direction, from the Billing screen. Moving up takes effect at once. Moving down takes effect once you are inside the smaller plan's limits, and the screen tells you exactly what is over.
No. It would make the product most expensive exactly on the jobs where it is most useful, and it would mean telling us what your contracts are worth, which is nobody's business but yours.
Card, or bank transfer against an invoice if that suits your accounts department better. Ask and we will set it up that way.
Tell us the shape of your company and we will price it. Groups with several operating companies, or anyone who wants it on their own server, should get in touch rather than trying to force themselves into a plan.
At any time, from inside the app, without asking us — the programme, the progress history, the registers, the photographs and the records. It is yours.
Start on the free plan. It does not expire and it is not a trial — if you outgrow it you will know, because the app will tell you what you are over.
