How do I pay?

Choose a plan and we raise an invoice for it. Settle it by bank transfer and the plan is activated on your workspace. Ask support@unicornaxis.com for the account details, or for an annual invoice instead of monthly.

What happens if I go over the limit?

Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. The system simply will not let you add the next project or the next user until the plan is raised. Everything already in the workspace keeps working.

Can I move back down a plan?

Yes, as long as your workspace is already inside the smaller plan's limits. Archive the projects you have finished and deactivate the people who have left, then downgrade.
