Draft → Level 1 → Level 2 → Approved, with a reason required to reject. Approval authority is set per person, separately from their job role.

Committed, received, invoiced, paid and outstanding — plus aging, retention, withholding tax and a running statement per vendor.

Partial deliveries handled

Questions

Is the free plan really free forever?

Yes. One project and one user, for life, with every module switched on. There is no trial clock and no card. If you later need more projects or more people, you upgrade then.

What counts as a project?

A site or contract you are procuring for. Requisitions, orders, receipts and payments all belong to one. Archiving a finished project frees the slot without deleting its history.

Can we be billed for a year at a time?

Yes — write to support@unicornaxis.com and we will issue an annual invoice instead of monthly ones.

Is our data separate from other customers'?

Each workspace has its own database file. Nothing is shared, and no query written anywhere in the system can reach another customer's records.

Can we get our data out?

Every list exports to CSV and every document prints. Ask support and we will send you your workspace's full database file.
