Print your Excel programme to PDF and drop it here — the same file you would send a client. Zones, work packages, activities, dates and the responsible column are all read straight off the sheet. You can upload several PDFs at once if the programme is split by zone.
Download the template, fill it in Excel, save as CSV, and upload it back. Rows with a whole number in WBS (1, 2, 3) are work packages; rows like 1.1, 1.2 are the activities under package 1.
